- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, any item that has been opened, tried on, worn, or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Eligible for Return: You may return an item only if the original packaging is intact and the hygiene seal (if applicable) is unbroken.
- Reporting Period: Any issues or requests for return must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong size/color from what you ordered:

- Provide a clear photo or video of the defect/wrong item.
- In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional delivery cost to you.
3. Size Exchanges

- Exchanges for different sizes are only possible if the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and the new delivery fee for size exchanges.
4. Refund Process
- Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 working days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
- Deductions: Please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
